Route of "Two Rivers Tour" upgraded

The new cruise ship “Jiaoyun Manjianghong” made its first voyage on the evening of September 19.

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On the evening of September 19, 200 guests gathered in the Jiaoyun 3rd Wharf of Chaotianmen on the cruise ship “Jiaoyun Manjianghong” from Chongqing Passenger Liner, which belongs to Chongqing Transportation Group, to witness the first voyage of the upgraded route of “Two Rivers Tour”.

“Two Rivers Tour” was first created by Chongqing Ferry Company in the mid-1980s, and the cruise ship “Manjianghong” has been put into use since the early 21st century. During the period, the tourism products of “Two Rivers Tour” contribute to the development of Chongqing tourism market and is the "business card" of water tourism in Chongqing.

“Jiaoyun Manjianghong”, which made a first voyage on the evening of September 19, is the new luxury cruise ship built by Chongqing Passenger Liner Company for “Two Rivers Tour”. The cruise ship has three decks with 69-meter length and 17-meter width. It is decorated with Chinese classical style and fully integrates with the features of Chongqing mountain and water culture. It not only has more perfect functions of sightseeing, meeting, catering and performing, but also adds many intelligent service facilities, especially the live performance "Chuanjiang Haozi (the working songs singing by trackers)", and the cultural and creative products like "River Boats", which will provide a richer interactive experience on Chuanjiang culture for tourists.

Chongqing Passenger Liner Company said that the route of "Jiaoyun Manjianghong" has been upgraded. The cruise ships will go deep into the hinterland of Yangtze River and Jialing River during the voyage with the round trip of 16 kilometers, and tourists can enjoy numerous landscapes along the rivers. During the voyage, the spaces (excluding the private room) in the cruise ship are all open to tourists free of charge.
